Interventional Bioplasm machine allows to carry out:
1. Percutaenous paracentetic aspiration of hematomas.
2. Introduction of medicinal agents directly to a pathological nidus.
3. Coagulation of a bleeding vessel.

Minimum invasive interventions are performed in 17 (30.1%) patients. This group included patients with bruises and partial ruptures of muscles complicated by hematomas sized from 5 cm longitudinally. In all cases curative effect has been reached. No complications related to minimum invasive therapy of hematomas were observed.

As our researches have shown, in most cases (94.5% of all studied group) bruises and ruptures of muscles are accompanied by hematomas of various forms and sizes. Only in 3 cases at microbruises of muscles sized 5-7 mm no hematomas were revealed. Intermuscular hematomas are located along muscular fibers, at Bioplasm nls-ultramicroscanning they were visualized as hyperchromogenic formations of various forms depending on location in a muscle, changing the form during physical activity. Also, it is obligatory to evaluate the integrity of investigated muscle’s own fascia for diagnostics of possible prolapse of muscular fascicles into fascia prolapse with development of a muscular hernia.

Application of Bioplasm-scanners with 4.9 GHz sensor and Bioplasm machine-ultramicroscanning mode allows to visualize damages of muscles at sports trauma with high accuracy. The following signs are typical.
1. Bioplasm machine-ultramicroscanning shows abnormal structural properties (striation) in a trauma zone, moderately hyperchromogenic linear structures (5-6 points on Fleindler’s scale), corresponding to myofibrils fascicles sheaths, are visualized.
2. Presence of hyperchromogenic and isochromogenic areas of the various sizes with indistinct contours – hematomas. Bioplasm machine-angiography has an important role in their diagnostics. According to J. Comtet and W. Muller complete ruptures happen in the muscles having isolated function. In quadriceps muscle of thigh it is m. rectus femoris, not having any synergists. This trauma happens more often in hockey players after hockey-stick blow. Rectus muscle of thigh is damaged most frequently in a spot of muscle to tendon transition. The study was performed with Bioplasm,with 4.9 GHz generator frequency. We used Bioplasm professional computer software, allowing to apply three-dimensional visualization of extremities. In the course of study we applied Bioplasm-ultramicroscanning mode, which made possible to study ultrathin structures of tissues.
In 17 (30.1%) cases we allowed minimum invasive treatment with ultrasound control – percutaenous paracentetic aspiration of hematomas, laser photocoagulation (high-energy surgical NdYAG laser) of a bleeding vessel, washing of hematoma area with an antiseptic and injection of medicinal substances.

At Bioplasm machine-research of patients with NF in 60.0% of cases tumors have been represented by single neoplasms which were located hypodermically and intramuscularly, mainly on extensor surfaces of a body and extremities, and were not connected to main nerve trunks. In 40.0% of cases neurofibromas were located along main nerve trunks and plexuses. Some of small size tumors were detected for by Bioplasm machine-research for the first time.
Inasmuch the fact that in 9 patients affection of one segment of a body was detected, it was possible to make a preliminary diagnose: segmentary NF (NF5) at which any area of a body, as it is known, is affected. However, as it has been specified earlier, all types of NF, except NF2, are versions of NF1, but in our work we have not received signs of NF1presence at patients. Therefore the given assumption (about presence of NF5), most likely, would be incorrect. At combined type of NF, except peripheral neurofibromas, the basic symptom is the presence of central nerve system tumors, developing most frequently at the age of 20–30 years. In our work we have faced only peripheral NF cases, which affected soft tissues of extremities. However at alternative 4th or 5th type of NF numerous neurofibromas are accompanied by high risk of optic nerve glioma, neurilemmoma or meningioma development. 4 patients from studied group have been subjected to MRI of brain, at which no pathological changes were revealed at the moment of inspection. Other patients were recommended to undergo MRI of a head and, in case of any complaints and clinical manifestations, MRI of a spine for acknowledgement or denial of a central form of pathological process.

Under a layer of a skin, hypoderm and front side of a trapezoid muscle Bioplasm nls software-research of left shoulder girdle has revealed a mass-occupying neoplasm of an oval form, with even distinct contour, of high chromogeneity (6 points at Fleindler’s scale), moderately non-uniform structure, sized 3.7 × 2.0 × 2.3 sq. cm. A little laterally from this neoplasm a similar neoplasm of the smaller size – 1.8 × 1.5 × 17 sq.cm. was found. Survey Bioplasm nls software-research of tissues of a left half of neck and area of brachial plexus one more neoplasm (which it was not palpated at clinical survey) was revealed; it was located in immediate proximity from a vascular plexus (common carotid artery and internal jugular), on a Bioplasm nls software-picture it was similar to previous one (oval shape, with the even contour, high chromogeneity (5-6 points at Fleindler’s scale), sizes 1.3 × 1.0 × 0.9 sq. cm. Here is a clinical case of Bioplasm 9d nls analyzer-diagnostics.

From an anamnesis of patient P, year of birth – 1980, we found that she suffered pain and swelling for the first time in 2008 in left scapular region for no apparent reason. The patient has come to see a therapist in polyclinic in her community and has been directed to a consultation to a traumatologist-orthopedist. After consultation and inspection in 2009 the patient has been hospitalised in the Clinic named after Priorov, where she was administered to operative removal of a tumour in left scapular region. Histological research of a preparation has confirmed the presence of neurofibroma. Since October 2010 till the present day the patient has complaints about swelling and painful sensations in left scapular region. The patient has been checked-up in 11 traumatology-orthopedic department of the Clinic named after Priorov, where inspection and operative treatment were recommended to her.

Neurofibroma (fibroneuroma) is a benign tumor of a peripheral nerve developing from Schwann cells and fibroblasts, more often located on a surface, in depth or under a layer of hypoderm. Single neurofibromas are extremely rare as independent nosological unit. More frequently presence of neurofibromas is a sign of a hereditary disease – neurofibromatous.

Bioplasm diagnoses the substantial sizes


Purulo-necrotic pancreatitis was diagnosed in 12 (5,1 %) of patients. During Bioplasm the substantial sizes increase of pancreatic gland affection zone (more than 80 % from normal values) was registered. Gland parenchyme was hyperchromogenic (6 points according to Fleindler’s scale), its contours indistinct and irregular. The structure was non-uniform caused by large maturated necrosis zones. Suppurative foci had rough, in some places indistinct contours with “visualization” of hypochromogenic contents caused by gas bubbles. Parapancreatitis, omentobursitis and generalized purulent peritonitis were accompanied by infected pancreatonecrosis in all surveys. Parapancreatic abscess was diagnosed in 4 cases in the form of liquid formations with thick walls and heterogenous contents in the form of suspension, partitions, hyperchromogenic structures of irregular shape. Blood flow research in case of purulent pancreatitis has revealed the extensive vessels affection in necrosis zones.

Bioplasm 9d nls-graphic picture of haemorrhagic pancreatonecrosis


Bioplasm 9d nls-graphic picture of haemorrhagic pancreatonecrosis was diagnosed in 54 (22,8 %) of patients. It was characterized by gland affection more than 70 %. Pancreatic gland had raised chromogenecy (6 points according to Fleindler’s scale) on the background of which there were achromogenic necrotic areas of irregular shape localized both in gland itself and parapancreatic cellular tissue, in consequence of which the contours of pancreatic gland were irregular and indistinct in some spots. Exudate of abdominal cavity was marked in 92 % of patients. During bioplasm 9d nls-angiography the affection of vessels in gland depth and on its surface was marked, no blood flow in zones necrotic dissolving was detected.

Affection of the whole gland was registered in 27 % of patients, the head was affected only in 35,6 % of patients, in 9,3 % only body and in 11 % only tail of pancreatic gland was affected. In rest of 17,1 % of patients the combined affection of head and body or tail and body was marked. Gland head was affected for 18,4–61,2 %, body for 6,8–41,4 % and tail for 14,5–31,5 % in relation to norm that characterized the basic localization of inflammatory process. In 71 % of patients with edematic form of disease the increase of glands chromogenety (5-6 points according to Fleyndler scale) is registered. Formation of hypochromogenic areas on the background of increased chromogenecy of pancreatic gland tissues was detected during case monitoring in 24 (17,1 %) patients, 9 patients out of this number had necrotic zones. Contours of gland in majority of patients (81,3 %) were accurate, well defined from surrounding bodies and tissues. Only in 18,7 % of cases there was some illegibility of contours which corresponded to transition to exudative stage and development of peritoneal process. In cases of Bioplasm 9d nls analyzer- angiography the affection of vessels was marked.

Edematic form of acute pancreatitis was diagnosed in 141 (59,5 %) patients, haemorrhagic pancreatonecrosis was diagnosed in 54 (22,8 %) patients, fatty pancreatonecrosis in 30 (12,6 %) patients and purulo-necrotic pancreatitis in 12 (5,1 %) patients.
Edematic form of chronic pancreatitis lasts within 3–4 days and it does not demand special treatment usually. Direct NLS-graphic signs of edematic form of acute pancreatitis registered in all patients.
